Oggi Elisa del blog Treasures mi ha invitato a partecipare al concorso “Capture the Colour”, e non ho saputo dire di no: amo la fotografia e adoro i colori, non potevo chiedere di più!
Today Elisa from Treasures travel blog invited me to join “Capture the Colour” competition, and I just couldn’t say no: I love photography and I love colors so I couldn’t ask for more!
If you’re wondering what this competition is about, you can have a look at the official page, but in short all the bloggers invited should post 5 pics, one for each of the following colour: white, blue, green, yellow, red. Oh, and don’t forget to invite 5 other bloggers to join the competition – which, by the way ends tomorrow!
Se vi state chiedendo di cosa si tratta, potete dare un’occhiata alla pagina ufficiale del concorso, ma in breve tutti i blogger che partecipano devono postare una foto per ognuno dei seguenti colori: bianco, blu, verde, giallo, rosso. E non dimenticare di invitare altri 5 blogger a partecipare al concorso – che a proposito finisce oggi!

White / Bianco
I took this photo while on a blog tour in the Langhe/Roero region (Piedmont, Northern Italy). This goat was so cute and behaved as a real “star”, posing in front of our camera, that I couldn’t help shooting a few pics.
Ho fatto questa foto durante il blog tour Langhe e Roero: questa capretta bianca era talmente carina e si comportava da vera star posando di fronte alle macchine fotografiche che non ho potuto evitare di scattare qualche foto.

Blu / Blue
The Adriatic sea from the Castle of Miramare, in Trieste. I recently spent a weekend in this beautiful city and had the chance to visit this magnificent manor built by Maximilian of Augsburg. The castle is situated on a promontory overlooking the gulf of Trieste. From the park and from the terrace visitors can enjoy a breathtaking view over the bluest sea.
Il mar Adriatico visto dal Castello di Miramare a Trieste. Recentemente ho trascorso un weekend in questa bellissima città e ho potuto visitare questo magnifico maniero costruito da Massimiliano d’Asburgo. Il castello è situato su un promotorio che si affaccia sul golfo di Trieste: dal parco e dalla terrazza del castello i visitatori possono godere una vista mozzafiato su un mare blu profondo.
Green / Verde
I shot this photo on a photowalk with Ken Kaminesky in Perugia, Italy, during the Travel Bloggers Unite conference. Being from Florence I’m quite used to the green landscapes of central Italy, but I was really impressed by the many shades of green of Umbria countryside. This is also one of my first experiments in HDR.
Ho scattato questa foto durante la photowalk con Ken Kaminesky organizzata in occasione di Travel Bloggers Unite. Visto che sono di Firenze sono abbastanza abituata ai verdi panorami dell’Italia centrale, ma sono comunque rimasta impressionata dalle tante sfumature di verde della campagna umbra. This is also one of my first experiments in HDR.
Giallo / Yellow
I was wandering around the ancient city center of Koper / Capodistria (Slovenia) when I saw these two almost identical cats staring at me from a window: they looked like a trompe-l’oeil painting and in my opinion the yellow wall makes the whole scene funny.
Stavo passeggiando per il centro storico di Koper / Capodistria (Slovenia) quando ho visto questi due gatti quasi identici che mi fissavano da una finestra: sembravano un dipinto trompe-l’oeil e secondo me il muro giallo fa sembrare tutta la scena piuttosto buffa.
Rosso / Red
I love the effect of the coloured ceramic plate and the red flowers against the gray wall. This pic was taken in Assisi, Umbria, during the TBU Conference.
Adoro l’effetto del piatto di ceramica colorato e dei fiori rossi a contrasto con il muro di pietra grigio. Ho scattato la foto a Assisi, durante il TBU.
